All the Team here at ValueVit are in their 40's. 1 is menopausal after a recent Hysterectomy, 1 is male with a variety of health issues, and another has had struggles in the past with mental health. We have tried and tested the products we blog about, and will give you open and honest reviews.

Of course we understand that everyone is different, and the choice is always yours, but the thinking behind this site is simply to share our experiences and hope that we can help support you on your health journey.
